Hoodlums have reportedly bought drinks worth One Hundred Thousand Naira (N100,000) with counterfeit from a female vendor in Umuahia.
According to a video shared on social media, the incident happened in the early hours of Friday, August 20, 2021 in Umuahia the capital city of Abia state.
According to the woman who made the video, the victim is a close neighbor of hers who unfortunately fell victim to those circulating counterfeit.
From the video, the victim could be heard sobbing while the one thousand naira notes summing up to N100,000 were being displayed.
