Abia State Governor Alex Otti has appointed Ukoha Njoku Ukoha as the new Chief Press Secretary, ALL FACTS NEWSPAPER reports. Ukoha, a seasoned writer from Abariba in Ohafia Local Government Area, will enhance the administration’s media presence and communication strategies.

 

Abia State Governor, Dr. Alex Otti, has announced the appointment of Ukoha Njoku Ukoha as the new Chief Press Secretary (CPS) as gathered by ALL FACTS NEWSPAPER.
