A High Court in Abia State sitting at Ukwa has barred All Progressive Congress (APC) National Working Committee (NWC) from accepting any other list for the ward congresses held on Saturday 31/07/2021 other than from the recognized executive led by Hon Chief Donatus Nwankpa until hearing and determination of motion on notice.
Based on the above, the implication is that APC NWC is barred from accepting any ward congress list from the Chief Ikechi Emenike’s faction.
