Abia born Industrialist and public analyst, Honourable Chief Lawrence Charles Nwangwa, has felicitated with Governor Okezie Ikpeazu PhD on his 6th year as Abia State Governor and on his achievement so far.
This was contained in a press release signed by Chief Lawrence Charles Nwangwa and made available to All (Abia) Facts Newspaper.
In the press release, Nwangwa recalled that Aba was almost like an abandoned commercial hub before the intervention of Ikpeazu’s government which has greatly transformed the city through the provision of infrastructures like roads.
He also revealed the fact that small and medium businesses have been boosted through the made in Aba initiative of the Governor Okezie Ikpeazu’s government. He has also given encouragement to industries through granting of waivers when the need arises.
“We must not forget the state of Aba before the emergence of Governor Ikpeazu, we must not forget that the city was like abandoned commercial hub and was gradually becoming a ghost time due to the total collapse of road infrastructure”.

Nwangwa reassured Ikpeazu of the unfailing support of Abians and charged him to continue his good works and ensure that the remaining 2 years will be more remarkable.
Governor Ikpeazu has also through good community and youth relations improved the security of lives abd property as Abia State still remain one of the safest States in Nigeria.
