The Labour Party presidential campaign rally that was earlier billed to hold on Saturday 14th January 2023 in Abia State has been postponed.
Based on a press release signed by the Peter Obi Campaign Council coordinator in Abia State Chief Umeh Kalu SAN, he revealed that the rally was put off temporarily and a new date will be announced soon.

POSTPONEMENT OF THE PROPOSED OBI-DATTI CAMPAIGN RALLY IN ABIA
This is to inform ALL INVITEES, Peter Obi Supporters, Labour Party members and the general public, that the Presidential Campaign Rally being organised by the Abia state Chapter of the Peter Obi Campaign Council, previously billed to take place on Saturday 14th January, 2023 at the Umuahia Township Stadium has been put off temporarily.
A new date will be communicated as soon as possible, even as the Campaign Council continues to carry out other activities aimed at mobilising support for Mr. Peter Obi and his Vice, Senator Yusuf Datti Baba-Ahmed in Abia.
Any inconveniences caused by this postpment are highly regretted.
