1st Private University In Umuahia, Lux Mundi, Begins Session As NUC Approves Law Faculty, Others

Lux Mundi University, the first private varsity with international standard to be sited in Umuahia, the capital city of Abia state, has commenced it’s 2023/2024 academic session.

Lux Mundi university is located at New Ndagbo city, Isiama Afaraukwu/Ossah Ibeku, near government house Umuahia.

The varsity which is affiliated with Apollos university, in Florida, USA has it’s courses fully accredited by the National Universities Commission (NUC).

Lux Mundi university founded by Prof. Gabriel O.C. Okenwa, PhD (Pro Chancellor), offers scholarship to students including an offer to finish their Bachelor degrees in it’s affiliate university in USA after three years.

Speaking to the press on Tuesday during the unveiling of the varsity’s principal officers and  deans, Prof. Okenwa assured that Lux Mundi offers international hands on skill, breeds people who will contribute positively to the society in terms of development and entrepreneurship.
