ABIA 2023: Within 30 Months All Salary Backlogs Will Be Cleared – Nwafor Reveals How | WATCH VIDEO

The governorship candidate of Young Progressive Party (YPP) in Abia state, Engr. Enyinnaya Chima Nwafor has assured that he will clear all the backlogs of salaries within 30 months if he emerges governor in the 2023 election.

 

Nwafor gave this assurance during an exclusive interview on FOCAL POINT, an online television political interactive program streamed live on the AF TELEVISION platform.

According to Nwafor, the major reason for arrears of salaries in the state is linked to high cost of governance. He assured that with his work plan, N900 million will be saved every month and that within 30 months he will be able to clear all salary arrears including pensioners.  WATCH VIDEO BELOW FROM OUR TWITTER HANDLE;

“The cost of governance in the state is the reasons why the government has been unable to keep to date with salaries of workers and the primary way i will tackle it is to crash the cost of governance in a way that we will be able to save N900 million every month and if we do it for 30 months, that would total N27billion which can clears all salary backlogs” he posited.
