Why Singer, Portable Is Every Lawyer’s Nightmare – Lawyer, Inibehe Effiong
A human right lawyer based in Akwa Ibom state, Inibehe Effiong has said that the Nigerian singer, Habeeb Olalomi oyegbile, popularly known as Portable, is every lawyer’s nightmare.
According to Effiong, Portable is an example of a problematic client who only does things that will counter the efforts of his legal representative over a case.
Effiong wrote on his social media handles on Thursday;
“When it comes to having problematic, difficult and deviant clients, Portable is every lawyer’s nightmare. He is the type of client that will be doing things and making comments that are counter productive to a lawyer’s strategy.”
The lawyer’s opinion comes on the heels of the possible investigation and prosecution of Portable after he allegedly acted irrational and insulted police officers on legal duties.
Portable had resisted arrest and had a face-off with police officers who stormed his lounge in the Sanga Ota area of Ogun State to arrest him.
