Why I Want To Be Re-elected As U.S. President – Joe Biden Reveals

The incumbent president of the United States of America (U.S.A), Joe Biden, has declared interest to run for the 2024 presidential election and get re-elected.

80-year-old Biden while announcing his intention to run again in a video he posted on his social media handle on Tuesday, April 25, 2023, said he wishes to get re-elected because he knows America and has prioritised their freedom, rights and democracy for the past four years in office.

“Personal freedom is fundamental, there is nothing more important, more sacred; that has been the work of my first term, to fight for our democracy, to protect our rights and make sure that everyone in this country is treated equally and everyone is given a fair shot at making it.

“When I ran for president 4 years ago, we were in a battle for the soul of America and we still are. The question we are facing is whether we, in the years ahead have more freedom. This is not a time to be complacent, that’s why I am running for re-election; cause I know America. I know we are good and decent people” Biden stated.

He called on Americans to defend democracy and stand up for freedom, the right to vote and civil rights adding that ” this is our moment. Let’s finish this job, I know we can; there is nothing we can’t do together”.
