The Minority Whip/member representing Arochukwu State constituency in the Abia House of Assembly Hon. Dr. Mike Ukoha, visited some of his constituents, where he had the opportunity to highlight some his achievements so far.
Speaking during an interactive session with a cross section of his constituents in Arochukwu, the Minority Whip hinted that he has done a lot within the space of three months, noting that he has devoted himself totally towards the development Arochukwu State constituency.
He listed some of his achievements to include attraction of the State Emergency Management Agency (SEMA) and that of National Emergency Management Agency (NEMA) presence to the lingering Isu crisis, which he said is yielding fruitful results, pointing out that soon, the internally displaced persons in the area will soon take delivery of their relief materials as it is being awaited.
The law maker went further to highlight other landmark achievements of his such as attraction of a four class room block at Aggrey Primary School, Arochukwu, a Water borehole project at Okpo Ihechiowa, which is a World Bank Assisted project in conjunction with Abia State CSDP, training of some Youths of the constituency in Skill Acquisition and many more, and promised never to relent in his services to them.
In his speech during the visit, an Elder statesman in the area and Ezeogo Agbagwu village Arochukwu, Elder Isaac Okwara Onoh thanked the lawmaker for finding time out of his busy schedule to visit them for an interactive session and prayed God to continue to guide him.
Also in their separate speeches, Mr. Ogbonnaya Eni and Madam Grace Okwara lauded the Minority Whip and used the medium to solicit his kind gesture in the areas of job opportunities for the youths so as to take them off the street and make them to be good citizens in future.
