A chieftain of the All Progressives Congress and former Minister of State for Mines and Steel Development, Uche Ogah, has felicitated with the Governor of Abia State, Alex Otti, on the occasion of his 61st birthday, describing his leadership as a catalyst for Abia’s ongoing renaissance.

In a congratulatory message made available to All Facts Newspaper, Dr. Ogah lauded Governor Otti as a purposeful and result-oriented leader whose style of governance has redefined political operations and strengthened administrative efficiency across the state.

He noted that the Governor’s bold institutional reforms and insistence on transparency have repositioned Abia on a path of credibility, productivity, and sustainable development.

“A Leader Whose Governance Has Redefined Political Operations”

Dr. Ogah stated that Governor Otti’s approach to governance has set a new benchmark in Abia’s political history, emphasizing that his policies have restored order, discipline, and accountability in public administration.

According to him, the present administration has demonstrated that prudent management of public resources and people-centered policies remain the strongest pillars of effective governance.

“Your results-driven approach, bold reforms, and unwavering commitment to transparency have restored public confidence in government and strengthened the foundation for long-term development,” Ogah said.

He added that Abians are witnessing a shift from rhetoric to measurable impact, as governance becomes more structured, responsive, and focused on service delivery.

The former minister described Governor Otti’s tenure as the driving force behind what he termed an “Abia renaissance,” marked by renewed institutional strength, infrastructural renewal, and improved governance standards.

He stressed that the administration’s focus on credibility and accountability has rekindled hope among citizens and repositioned the state for sustainable growth.

“Abia is working because your leadership is working,” Ogah declared, affirming that the Governor’s direction has brought measurable progress to the state.

As Governor Otti marks his 61st birthday, Dr. Ogah prayed that God would continue to bless him with wisdom, courage, sound health, and renewed strength to consolidate the gains recorded so far.

He expressed optimism that the coming years would witness even greater dividends of democracy for the people of Abia State.

“May this new year of your life usher in greater accomplishments and sustained progress for our dear state,” he concluded.
