BREAKING: Supreme Court Affirms Tinubu As Winner Of 2023 Presidential Election

The Supreme Court of Nigeria has affirmed Bola Ahmed Tinubu of the APC, as the winner of the February 25, 2023 Presidential election.

Ruling on Thursday, Justice John Inyang Okoro led panel said it agrees with the ruling of the election tribunal and dismissed the applications brought before it by Atiku Abubakar, the presidential candidate of the PDP.

The court dismissed Atiku’s forgery of certificate petition against Tinubu, argument that INEC failed to upload election results on IRev, his appeal to admit new evidence against Tinubu among others.

Similarly, the supreme court dismissed the petitions filed against Tinubu by the presidential candidate of Labour Party, Mr peter obi.
