After a successful LGA campaign rally hosted by the people of Umuahia South, everyone thought the LGA would carry the day in the ongoing APGA LGA campaign rallies, but the people of Bende reminded their brother and friend, Dr. Alex Otti OFR and his party, APGA that they are legendary in identifying with excellence as they trooped out from their different wards to honor and listen to Dr. Otti’s people oriented message of change.
The difficult terrain of Bende didn’t dampen our people’s spirit of participation, because they are intelligent and discerning enough to know what’s at stake.
In 2015, the people agreed with their iconic son that indeed “Enough Was Enough”, when they unanimously poured in their votes in support of him and his party; of course, he won convincingly.
The people have refused to surrender to fear and propaganda, because they have eyes and have seen leadersip failure written all over Bende, hence their decision to troop out once again to support the best man for the job.
The emotional support and solidarity the people of Bende gave to Otti and APGA during the LGA campaign rally, on Monday, 28th day of January, 2019, is a loud statement to the fact that they are not just going to stand by the best man for the job as , Alex Otti as their next governor, but that they are going to make his victory more resounding than it was in 2015.
