SouthAsia Hotel Aba Apologize To Customer, Makes Clarification

The management of SouthAsia Hotels along Emeleogu Road in Aba, Abia State, have apologized to a customer and equally clarified the issue arising from a receipt with different name and address.

In a video, High Chief Uzoka Martins who was described by the management of SouthAsia Hotels as a highly cherished customers, was seen alerting the public about his misgivings on a receipt bearing EverGreen Hotel logo and address at Azuka, while he was at SouthAsia Hotels at Emeleogu St.

Chief Uzoka complained that the receipt made it difficult for his friends and family member to locate the hotel, because he sent a screenshot of the receipt to them.

While responding to the video, the management of SouthAsia Hotels which is a subsidiary to EverGreen Hotels, apologized for any inconveniences that may have occurred, but explained that the receipt is basically for accounting purpose and not to be used for direction.

Our attention has been drawn to a video circulating online done by one of our highly cherished customers in the person of High Chief Uzoka Martins who visited our peaceful state, Abia, and found one of our Subsidiary hotel South Asia Hotels worthy enough for accommodation.

We want to express our deepest appreciation to him for such patronage.

He went ahead to complain about how his friends and family in Aba couldn’t locate him on account of the said receipt which he screenshot and forwarded to them.

We use this medium to apologize to him, his relatives and the general public for this inconvenience.

Like he rightly pointed out in his video, we want to also add that the name of SouthAsia hotels is boldly written at the entrance to the hotel and one ought not need an accounting receipt for purposes of geographical location.

Let us state clearly here that the use of the offending receipt is purely for accounting purposes and nothing more.
