Governor Chukwuma Charles Soludo has refuted the alleged discovery of 20 million tones of gold reserve in Anambra state.
Soludo while debunking the report,wrote on his official Facebook handle;
FAKE NEWS ALERT!
My attention has been drawn to the above false information peddled across different social media platforms. Every letter of this piece is as fake and untrue as the unidentified writer who invested precious time to put together this fiction and published same, understandably so, in an uncredible medium.
I urge the reading public to disregard this, and always stick to my verified handles or approved government channels for any information that bears my imprimatur.
