The incumbent senator representing Borno Central and former governor of Borno state, Kashim Shettima, have officially been unveiled as the running mate to Bola Tinubu, the All Progressives Congress (APC) Presidential candidate ahead of the 2023 election.
The unveiling held on Wednesday, July 20 at the Shehu Musa Yar’Adua Centre in Abuja, on Wednesday, amid kicks against the choice of a muslim-muslim ticket.
