Social Democratic Party (SDP) 2019 Umuahia Central House of Assembly Candidate, Honorable Chika Ukandu Okpi has revealed that Dr Alex Otti joining All Progressive Congress (APC) will make the party stronger and more prepared for 2023 election.
Honorable Ukandu who also joined APC earlier in the year 2020, stated that for the Abia State to move forward, the opposition, progressives must come under one fold and work together to reposition the state.
“I want to start by welcoming Dr. Alex Otti to APC, this is the home of progressives and it is important for all progressive minded Abians to join the party, join hands together to reposition our state (Abia State) which has become a thing of ridicule to other Nigerians”
“Alex Otti is one of the people Abians are proud of and joining APC means the party is on the right track. I urge other progressive Abians to immediately join APC for the purpose of rescuing Abia State and re-positing the state”
“Every day Abia State is trending for the wrong reasons on the social media, it is time to change the course of the state” She concluded.
