Saudi Arabian club, Al Nassr has officially offered a bid worth £172.9million per year contract to former Manchester United forward, Cristiano Ronaldo.

The Portuguese star had in a recent interview with controversial journalist Piers Morgan criticized both Manchester United as a club and the manager Erik ten Hag, saying that the later does not respect him and therefore, he does not have respect for him.

The controversial interview as well as what the club other attitude that the club found inappropriate led to the mutual termination of his contract earlier in November.

According to a top journalist, Fabrizio Romano, the Saudi Arabian side had already approached Ronaldo in the summer but the Portuguese star decided to stay in Europe.

Ronaldo’s lawyers will check if the image rights can be agreed as main part of the proposal includes commercial agreements.

Ronaldo has not decided his future yet as he’s 100% focused on the World Cup. Nothing agreed, signed or accepted, Fabrizio stated.
