Attached here is the full judgement delivered by Supreme Court in favour of Ude Jones Udeogu who was the Abia State Commissioner for Finance when Senator Orji Uzor Kalu was Governor of Abia State.
The judgement which squashed the sentence of the High Court and also nullified the complete proceeding is expected to favour the Senator Orji Uzor Kalu.
