A frustrated commercial driver in Lagos state on Thursday, July 8, stripped himself n-ked and went under the vehicle of the Lagos State Traffic Management Agency (LASTMA).
The driver who also resisted arrest, said operatives of LASTMA, have ‘frustrated his life a lot.”
According to the driver, he was also arrested yesterday and had been unable to remit money to the owner of the vehicle which he is using on hired purchase.
the driver could be seen stack n-ked and comfortably lying down under the vehicle to protest his alleged constant arrest by the officials.
