Death is not an end to all things , it is simply the close of a sojourn on earth, the beginning of a transition beyond Earth into the other world which leaves families and love ones in pains of loosing someone valuable and immensely loved.

Irrespective of your own belief of what happened after death ,it is in our culture that a transition such as death deserve that families and love ones should pay the last respect to the deceased whose death might have created vacuum too big to fill . A loss too painful and irreparable

PA NKOLE’s transition to the other world was such a death too painful , a loss irreparable and a vacuum that will take eternity to fill . Little wonder the family decided to accord the dead man a beffiting burial attended by the ” Lord’s and kings ” in and outside the state .

It was a burial in Glamour and AFNEWS was live at the burial to cover the ceremony: the Glamour you will first notice through the procession accorded the casket by APAMs. The church service was interdenominational led by the Prelate Presbyterian Church of Nigeria Most Rev. Dr. Nzie Nsi Eke and then finally the reception giving to the dignitaries who came to identify with the family most especially Rt. Hon. Uko Nkole who is the member representing Arochukwu/Ohafia at The Federal House of Representatives.

Notable figures at the burial include the Executive Governor of Abia state. Dr. Okezie Victor Ikpeazu, his Deputy Rt. Hon. Sir Ude Oko Chukwu who came to identify with the family.

The Senator Representing Abia Central, Sen. T.A. Orji , Sen. Mao Ohuabunwa , The Speaker of the Abia state House of Assembly Rt. Hon. Chinedum Orji all graced the burial ceremony. Others are The Speaker of the House of Representatives Rt. Hon. Femi Gbajabiamila who was represented at the occasion by the member representing Isuikwuato/Umunneochi Federal Constituency Hon. Nkeiruka Onyejeocha . Hon. Darlington Nwokocha member representing Isialangwa North and South Federal Constituency was there too. Hon. Solomon Adaelu of the Federal House of Representatives came , Including Col. Austin Akobundu who is the National Organizing Secretary of People’s Democratic Party.

The People’s Democratic Party PDP Abia State was represented at the occasion by The state Chairman Chief Alwell Asiforo Okere among other party faithfuls. Eze Sir J. N. Nwabeke , Chairman of Abia State Council of Traditional Rulers was there representing the ruling elites .

The Executive Governor of Abia State added more memorable times during the ceremony when he promised to mobilze a contractor for the immediate reconstruction of the Nmuri bridge,Abam in Arochukwu LGA. All that was just expected is for Hon. Uko Nkole to take Engineers to the bridge to determine the cost and forward same to him so that work will commence immediately.

This directive from the Governor was in response to the passionate appeal made to the Governor by the Prelate and Moderator of the Presbyterian Church of Nigeria, His Eminence, Most Rev Dr Nzie Nsi Eke, to help fix the bridge as the best way to honour late Chief Emmanuel Nkole who was a great Father, Community Leader and Patriarch and who also lived a worthy and exemplary life on earth.

Such memories will definitely stay in the heart of Rt. Hon. Uko Nkole and the family for a long time .
