The suspension order, handed down by the Director General, Captain Musa Nuhu, has since been communicated to the management of Dana Airlines.
According to the spokesperson of NCAA, Sam Adurogboye the suspension was an aftermath of the financial and health audit carried out on the Airline operations which the results revealed that those aforementioned Airline are no longer in position to meet the financial obligations and to conduct safe flight operations.
The NCAA consequently apologizes to the Airline’s passengers for the inconveniences this decision would cause them but restates commitment to their well-being as that takes precedence to other considerations.
