The presidential candidate of Labour Party, Peter Obi has said that the 2023 general elections should be based on competence, character and capacity and not on ant tribal or religious sentiment.
Obi said this on Monday during the 2022 NBA Annual General Conference, with the theme “Bold Transitions”, is being held at the Eko Atlantic City until August 26.
