INSECURITY: Musician, Guests Flee Funeral Over Fear Of Gunmen|VIDEO
A video making the rounds on the cyberspace captures the moment a musician and guests fled a funeral over alleged fear of gunmen in South-East Nigeria.
In the circulating video, the guitarist, his band and guests suddenly took to their heels in a scramble for safety at the funeral.
The deserted venue was left with only musical instruments.
A Twitter influencer, Afam Deluxo, who shared the video on Wednesday, expressed concern over the state of security in the Igbo land and the spate of violence that has claimed lives.
He wrote:
“Burial ceremony in Alaigbo. This is our reality right now. You can be saying Hello to someone and running for your dear life the next mins. 😭”
