IDIMA-ABAM AGOG AS APGA AROCHUKWU LOCAL GOVERNMENT CHAPTER HOLDS HER RALLY AMIDST FANFARE

Hordes of party supporters and faithful punctured the quietude of the neighborhood in Idima-Abam as the All Progressives Grand Alliance [APGA] Arochukwu LGA chapter held her unprecedented rally in the area amidst fanfare.

Those in attendance at the rally includes all the party candidates for various positions in the forthcoming general election such as the gubernatorial candidate Dr. Alex Otti, and his running mate Dr. Mrs. Uche Eme-Uche, others include Chief David Ogba [Bourdex] for Senate Abia North, Ibe Okwara Osonwa for House of Representatives Arochukwu/Ohafia as well as Dr. Mike Ukoha for Arochukwu State Constituency in the Abia House of Assembly.

Others include a member of the National Working Committee of APGA Barrister Mrs. Carol Okoroafor, the party campaign Coordinator for Alex Otti in the Arochukwu LGA Chief Dr. Nkem Okoro, among others.

Speaking at the event, Dr. Alex Otti charged the people of Arochukwu LGA to make the right decision which will define their future for good by voting out the present bad government in the State, while promising to make Abia State a better place for every one if voted on 2nd March 2019.

Dr. Otti decried the level of poverty in the land as well as a high level of corruption on the part of the present laid administration in the State, pointing out that Abia State will be a better place if the right candidates emerges and advised the mammoth crowd to vote wisely.

In their separate speeches, the Senatorial, House of Representatives as well as House of Assembly candidates all spoke in one voice by urging the good people of Arochukwu LGA to vote massively for them during the election, while promising to join hands together to make the State a better place.

Speaking earlier while welcoming the guests, the Member Representing Arochukwu State Constituency in the Abia House of Assembly Hon. Lukeman Onyeani Ukara thanked all those who came for the rally, and expressed delight that such was the first of its kind in the area, and urged the people to vote for all the candidates in the forthcoming election starting from February 16th and March 2nd for the betterment of Abians in general, also speaking during the occasion, Barrister Mrs. Carol Okoroafor lauded Dr. Otti for making a woman his running mate and used the medium to charge Arochukwu women to vote massively for APGA so as to achieve a better Abia of everyone’s dream.

Correspondent reports that those who also spoke at the rally include Mazi Nnanna Ngwu, Chief Okey Ezearu, and other party stakeholders.
