How Bandits Killed DPO Abdullahi Rano In Katsina | READ DETAILS/PHOTOS
Bandits have killed the Divisional Police Officer (DPO) in Jibiya Local Government Area of Katsina State, DSP Abdullahi Rano.
DSP Rano was said to have been killed on Wednesday morning when the bandits invaded Magama Jibiya border town.
The deceased reportedly led a reinforcement team comprising of police officers and military to the town where they engaged in a gun duel at about 2am.
The assailants reportedly injured a soldier, abducting some residents
Meanwhile, the state police command is yet to issue a statement on the incident.
