The Department of State Service (DSS), has said that the case file on Sunday Igboho’s aides standing trial has been hijacked by armed robbers.

Counsel representing the Secret Police, Barrister I. Awo, revealed this to the Federal High Court, Abuja, on Wednesday, September 8.

Awo told the court that the case file containing the fundamental human rights enforcement application filed by aides to popular Yoruba activist, Sunday Adeyemo, alias Sunday Igboho, was stolen from his colleague who was conveying the document to court.

The colleague was said to have boarded a vehicle with armed robbers who carted away with the documents and other personal items.
