The front line Abia All Progressives Grand Alliance (APGA) Governorship Aspirant for the 2023 election, General Ijioma N. Ijioma ( retd), have successfully toured all the 17 Local Government Areas of Abia State, becoming the first among the 4 APGA governorship aspirants to do so.
During the visit to the LGAs, the Governorship hopeful acknowledged the unwavering loyalty of Party faithfuls all the years past.
He noted that he is the best aspirant to fly the party’s ticket and therefore urged them to give him their votes during the party primary and he would secure their mandate come 2023.
Ijioma urged them to be resilient and committed to the Party especially now that APGA is well positioned to win the 2023 governorship election if the Party nominates him as their flag bearer at the Primary election on 29th May 2023.
He admonished Party faithfuls not to be induced to make the mistake of nominating the wrong candidate at the primary who would cause the Party to lose the governorship election in 2023 but rather follow their conscience.
“I am the new thing that has happened to APGA. I am the opportunity APGA has been waiting for years” the aspirant noted.
He revealed that his entrance into the governorship race is to help uplift Abia state to it’s God given position as the number one state in the federation.
