Crystal Palace Host Arsenal As 2022/23 EPL Kicks Off

The 2023/23 Premier League season will kick off on Friday as Crystal Palace welcome Arsenal to Selhurst Park tonight.

Arsenal who were very impressive in the pre-season matches would seek to take all three points from Patrick Vieira’s side who thumped them 3-0 in their last fixture only a few months ago.

Having beefed up his squad with the arrival of Gabriel Jesus and other players, Mikel Arteta side would want to make a strong statement in their today’s opener.

By leading the Eagles to a 12th-place finish last season, as well as reaching the semi-finals of the FA Cup, former Invincibles captain Vieira earned a manager of the season nomination, and optimism is high around Selhurst Park under the Frenchman.

Patrick Viera would lean on his side last six home games last season in which they went unbeaten having Arsenal, Manchester United and Manchester City in those features when his side comes against the Gunners.
