The Governor of Delta State, Senator Ifeanyi Okowa, has lost his father Sir Arthur Okowa.
It was gathered that the Governor’s father died in the early hours of Thursday.
Born in 1932 in Owa Alero, Ika North East Local Government Area of the state, Arthur passed on at 89.
