Below is the reply of Zubic Global Ventures to ASPIMSS CEO/DG Chief Ezinwa Abiri. Things are getting more dirty, take your time and read all:
[RE] Zubic Global Ventures Reveals More: Greed is gradually pushing Chief Ezinwa Abiri to doom
Ordinarily, our firm will not have replied the recent two contradictory press statements released by Abia State passengers integrated manifest and safety scheme (ASPIMSS)) after our press release which was meant to clarify our contractual agreement with the said agency.
Obviously, the two press statements from ASPIMSS has exposed how low and badly organized this reputable agency has become under the supervision of Chief Ezinwa Abiri. This lack of coordination is a clear pointer to the reason why the agency has found it pleasurable to break contractual agreement and also disobey court orders at will.
In the first reply from ASPIMSS, the Chief Executive Officer (CEO) Chief Ezenwa Abiri did not admit to the fact that they entered into another contractual agreement with Zubic Global Ventures covering some revenue windows for 2021.
In that same poorly scripted first reply signed by Chief Ezinwa Abiri himself, he refused to tell the general public that he collected N23.5M from Zubic Global Ventures.
But, he only confessed to the fact that Dr. ACB Agbazuere PhD as ASPIMSS CEO entered a contractual agreement with our firm with no complains as regards our service delivery for 2020.
In the second reply by ASPIMSS, more contradictions emerged even against the first reply that was signed by Chief Abiri himself.
Whereas in Abiri’s reply, he accepted the fact that the then CEO Dr. ACB Agbazuere entered into a contractual agreement with Zubic Global Ventures for 2020 revenue windows, the second reply signed by one Chidike Nwosu described our contractual agreement for 2020 as adhoc appointment.
This contradictions is becoming unforgivable for an agency under the excellent leadership of Governor Okezie Ikpeazu.
Agencies like this should not be allowed to continue in the voyage of destroying the reputation and goodwill of Governor Okezie Ikpeazu.
Back to the issues;
1. In our first press release , we made it clear that we have paid a large sum of the 2021 contractual agreement with ASPIMSS as regards some revenue windows.
For more clarity, the agreed contract sum was N25M and we (Zubic Global Ventures) have paid N23.5m in two tranches.
We paid N10m in February 2020 and paid another N13.5m in March 2020. All payments were receipted.
2. We have never received any query or complain as regards how we deliver our services from ASPIMSS whether in writing or orally.
We are not surprise at the false allegation by ASPIMSS, because both replies quoted above and attached here has revealed that the agency under Abiri has lost all form of decency and credibility.
3. Zubic Global Ventures team members are well trained, disciplined and coordinated. The firm does not and will never encourage any behavior inimical to the society by any guise.
We treat motorist with high level of dignity, respect and honour.
In the face of any altercation which arises once a while in the line of the service, we involve law enforcement agencies to help resolve the issue amicably.
Different motorist have applauded us and rated our service as the best for over 10 years.
So, we are amused at ASPIMSS allegation against our organization and as a law abiding firm we will be seeking redress in the court of law.
4. All our charges (revenue) has always been within the stipulated fee. We even go below sometimes to help ease the weight of motorist.
5. ASPIMSS under Abiri’s leadership decided to break the agreement because they got an offer they view as higher than ours.
So the move to push us out is as a result of greed and for that to be possible they must invent an excuse to terminate our 2021 agreement.
6. Abiri is an example of those discouraging investors from coming to Abia state by his actions, meanwhile Governor Okezie Ikpeazu is working hard inviting and encouraging investors for the growth of the economy.
7. Finally, remember that a court of law has granted a restraining order against ASPIMSS, thereby allowing us to go about enforcing our contractual agreement.
Zubic Global Ventures stands with her already established position. The court of law has given us backing and Chief Ezinwa Abiri can not intimidate us or short change us.

RE- ZUBICS GLOBAL VENTURES
The attention of Abia State passengers integrated manifest and safety scheme (Aspimss) has been drawn to a publication dated 17th December 2020 tagged ” Aspimss & Zubic Global Ventures Feud : Azubuike Erondu carpets Ezinwa Abiri by one Elder Azubuike Erondu of Zubics Global Ventures on his purported dealings with Aspimss and wishes to state as follows;
1 . Aspimss did not enter into any contract agreement with Elder Azubuike Erondu.
2. An adhoc appointment was given to Elder Azubuike Erondu to supervise yearly clearance & safety for the year 2020 and which terminates by 31st day of December 2020 upon satisfactory job.
3. On the job, he failed to adhere to stipulated section (s) of the law by collecting unbearable sums ranging from Ten Thousand Naira only (#10,000) to Millions of naira as fines / penalties from motorist against the scheme guidelines.
4 . It is known to all how Elder Azubuike Erondu carried out the job this year 2020 by making Abians go through hell in compliance to his inhumane directives which portrays the image of the State government in bad light.
5 . In furtherance to calling him and his team to order, series of warnings and cautions was issued to him both orally and written just to call his attention to the dangers and penalty seen and unseen.
6 . The management in their quest to fuster a good and cordial relationship with him, went as far as engaging notable abians of good and reputable integrity to advise/ counsel him which has been done severally both physically ( with both parties present) and on phone to adjust his pattern of work which yielded no positive fruit sofar.
7. On the basis of non performance and illegal extortion from unsuspecting and peace loving Abians, Aspimss terminated your appointment and refunded you your deposit sum but you insisted that no one can stop you from doing the job the way you want.
Aspimss as one of the government agencies whose responsibilities includes creating road consciousness and safety amongst road users in the state by making sure that we support the ” Safety First ” ideology of the governor which attracts peaceful coexistence which is the watchward of all investors expected to come invest in God’s own state.
Finally, Aspimss has the sole right and power to terminate, reabsorbe or not any adhoc appointment if found being or not focused in tandem with the policies and mandate of the scheme as the case maybe.
