The Abia Facts Newspaper 2019 Award event is picking momentum as the Honorable Commissioner for Local Government & Chieftaincy Affairs, Sir Gabriel C. Onyendilefu has stated that he will be present at the event.

The Commissioner who also accepted a proposed recognition award on him by the Abia Facts Newspaper, made it known that the Newspaper brand has grown big and can be associated with balance reportage.

In a letter dated 13th November, 2019 and personally signed by him, Chief Onyendilefu stated that having perused through Abia Facts profile with particular note of her meaningful contributions in the media, particularly in balanced information dissemination, wishes to convey his acceptance of the Awards with the promise to be personally present at the event.

He therefor thanked the media organization for deeming him fit to be so honored, while praying God to continue to give the organization more informative, indepth and thorough reportage in the course of its assignment.
