BREAKING: Adamawa Police Headquarters Attacked | READ DETAILS
The Adamawa State Police Headquarters, Jimeta in Yola North Local Government Area, was in the early hours of Wednesday, attacked by yet to be identified gunmen.
The state Police Public Relations Officer, SP Suleiman Yahaya Nguroje, confirmed the attack, but said things were under control.
Nguroje revealed that the attack resulted in the k-illing of Inspector Jacob Daniel.
“The attack was repelled, but the identities of those behind it was unknown” he added
According to sources the attackers were military personnel on a revenge mission, following the alleged kill-ing of a military officer by the police.
