He opined that this is one of the reasons why the All Progressives Congress stands unabated in Katsina despite the recent defection by one of the three senators from the state, Senator Ahmed Kaita, lawmaker representing Katsina North Senatorial district where the President hails from.

Dandutse stressed that Senator Ahmed, who in April announced his defection from APC the ruling party, to the opposition party PDP, as well as others who towed the same path, did that for selfish reasons saying that they are “politicians who do not think of ethics and principles.”

He added that most of the criminalities and the situations that have engulfed the country were caused by the PDP who had ruled the country for 16 years with nothing to show for but problems which the President Buhari has been able to solve.

He further mentioned that the infrastructural development of the country was done by the APC and not PDP.
