ABIA: Umuasua Community Visits Senator Orji Uzor Kalu, Appreciates Road Project

A delegation from Umuasua Community in Isuikwuato Local Government Area of Abia State led by senior advocate Kenneth Ahia SAN, visited the senator representing Abia North, Senator Orji Uzor Kalu in appreciation of a road project which is still under construction attracted by the distinguished senator into the community.

During the interaction, Kenneth Ahia SAN appreciated the Senator for fulfilling his campaign promise of attracting a road project into Umuasua and pleaded he makes sure the project is concluded on time.

 

Furthermore, the learned Silk equally appealed for an extra 1.5 Kilometer of road to complete the stretch of the road and link it up with the other tarred road in Umuasua community.

 

In response, Senator Orji Uzor Kalu appreciated Umuasua Community for the visit, went in depth in revealing other roads in Abia North under construction and assured the delegation that the extra 1.5 Kilometer Road desired will be fulfilled but in the 2023 budget as the 2022 budget has been concluded.

 

He assured the people of continuous effective representation and also continuous engagement with the people.

 

The President General of Umuasua Progressive Association (UPA), Rotn. Gideon Akanwoke equally thanked the senator for the road and prayed for sound health and more wisdom for the senator to enable him fulfill all his campaign promises and more.

 

Other delegation members include; Business Mogul – Chief Emmanuel Peters, Chief Beatrice Ahia, Dr & Dr Mrs Isaac Nnadi MFR, Sir Lucky Udoka Nweke Johnson, Luther Kingsley Onyemkpa Esq, Emenike Iroegbu and numerous others.
