The member representing Umunneochi State Constituency at the Abia State House of Assembly, Honorable Okey Igwe Esq has left his constituents in happy mood during this Christmas season as he visited all the wards in his Umunneochi Constituency giving each ward 10 bags of rice, fifty thousand naira (N50,000.00) and other items to follow.
During the tour, the Peoples Democratic Party (PDP) Chairman Umunneochi LGA, Elder Richard Agbadago, Rt. Hon. Biereonwu Chigbo, Leader Umunneochi Legislative Council and others thanked Honorable Okye Igwe for his benevolence, kind gesture and they promised to continue to work for the party.
Other wards that got extra incentive were, Amuda Ward received #200,000 for mobilizing the highest number of people, Mbala/Achara Ward received #100,000 as the second mobilizer and Amorie/Mbato Ward received #100,000 as the co- second.
The people of Umunneochi state constituency came out in large numbers to welcomed Honorable Okey Igwe and his entourage.
