ABIA GUBER TRIBUNAL: PDP Succeeds In Relocating Tribunal To Abuja | READ DETAILS

As the tussle for the governorship seat of Abia State moves to the tribunal, ALL FACTS NEWSPAPER is gathering that the political machinery of the Peoples Democratic Party (PDP) in the state seems to have succeeded in their effort to make sure that the Abia State Election Tribunal is moved to Abuja.

Recall that the Abia State Election Tribunal relocated to a hotel in Umuahia, due to the fact that the court premises in the state are under lock and key over the strike embarked upon by Judiciary Staff Union of Nigeria, JUSUN, Abia State chapter.

This strike paralyzed every activity expected to take place within the court premises, including the election tribunal. Instead of the current PDP led Abia State Government making attempts to resolve the lingering crisis, we gathered they are stalling every move at resolving the strike and pushing for the tribunal to be relocated to Abuja.
