ABIA GUBER: Ghana Based Uche Agwu Udo Returns Home, Declares Support, Mobilises For Alex Otti
Chief Uche Agwu Udo alias Kosi Aba, an Abia born based in Ghana, has returned to his hometown in Ohafia Local Government Area of Abia state, with the sole aim of mobilising and voting for Dr. Alex Otti, the Labour party governorship candidate in the state at the forthcoming election.
Speaking to ALL FACTS NEWSPAPER, Chief Udo, revealed that his decision to come home ahead of the March 18 polls was borne out of his passion for a better Abia state. He lamented that Abia state has remained backward for over 24 years with no hope of improvement.
He however expressed confidence that 2023 election is an exceptional year when the tears of Abians would be wiped away with the emergence of Dr Alex Otti.
Udo described Alex Otti as the most capable and credible candidate among others, noting that Otti’s track record in the private and public sector is enough proof that he is the man whom the governorship cap best fits.
“Dr. Alex Otti has a credible track record. He worked and pushed Diamond bank to a good position to be one of the best banks. His capacity made him become the chairman of bankers forum.
“Mr Peter Obi has also vouched for the credibility and capacity of Dr. Alex Otti having worked with him” Udo said.
He added that Otti attracted road projects to Isialangwa north and south and other parts of Abia state even without holding any government position because he holds Abians dearly to his heart.
Udo assured that if Alex Otti becomes the governor of Abia State, the challenges of unpaid salaries, pensions, poor infrastructure, health and others, would be sorted out.
He called on the people of Ohafia and the entire Abians to go out en masse and vote for Dr Alex Otti on Saturday, March 18, adding that “Dr. Alex Otti will bring back the hope of Abians; Abians will smile again”
Chief Uche Agwu Udo is a former Chairman, Ohafia Improvement Union, Accra, Ghana; a former president, Abia state Progressive Union in Ghana; and the traditional prime minister of Igbos in Dome-Kwabenya constituency.
