Speaker of Abia State House of Assembly, Rt Hon Chinedum Enyinnaya Orji, has described Rt Hon Eziuche Ubani, the immediate past Commissioner for Works in Abia State and a former Member of the House of Representatives, as “a man of exceptional qualities and service, not only to Abia State but also to humanity as a whole”
The Speaker stated this in a birthday message to “my friend and brother of many years, forthright in his ways and whose contributions to uplifting humanity are well documented”
“On this special occasion of your birthday, I ask God to continue to lift you and grant you long life and prosperity in all you do”, the Speaker prayed.
