Today, we mark the creation of our dearly beloved home state, Abia.
We are thankful to God Almighty for thus far He has brought the state, her people and their leaders.
Indeed, Abia is God’s Own State. The hand of God will continue to rest upon our state even as he brings us to the expected level of grace which He has assured his people.
I offer my warm felicitations to the government and People of Abia State on this auspicious occasion.
