ACB AGBAZUERE EXPOSES WHY EMEKA IHEDIOHA WAS DECLARED IN ERROR IN IMO STATE

Based on an interview monitored by AFN on Channels Television, Dr. ACB Agbazuere Esq may have exposed an error in the declaration of Honorable Emeka Ihedioha as governor elect in Imo State.

During the interview on POLITICS TODAY, Agbazuere explained that Ihedioha was not qualified to be declared the winner of the 23rd Imo Governorship election because he failed to get one quarter of votes from at least two third of Local Government Areas in Imo State as stipulated by Law.

He therefore advised INEC to immediately reverse the declaration and call for a second election or the election tribunal will throw out the decision of INEC and declare a second election.

The secretary of PDP in Imo State while defending the PDP position during the programme, insisted that INEC was right and that the results displayed by Dr. Agbazuere were not the true results.
