As Ndi Abia usher in a brand new year, the Chief Liaison Officer of the Abia State Liaison Office, Abuja, Hon. Iheanyi Frank Chinasa, MBA, has delivered a heartfelt New Year goodwill message, calling for unity, sustained support for purposeful governance, and renewed commitment to the collective development of Abia State.

In the message addressed to Abia sons and daughters at home and in the diaspora, Chinasa described the New Year as a season of renewed hope, fresh opportunities, and shared responsibility, stressing that progress can only be sustained when the people remain united behind a clear development vision.

He extended warm greetings on behalf of the Abia State Liaison Office, Abuja, while wishing Ndi Abia a year marked by good health, peace, progress, and shared prosperity, noting that the resilience and industrious spirit of the Abia people remain the state’s greatest strength.

Hon. Chinasa used the occasion to commend the administration of Governor Alex Chioma Otti, describing the current leadership in Abia State as purpose-driven and people-oriented. According to him, the governor’s policies anchored on transparency, accountability, infrastructure renewal, economic revitalization, and institutional reforms are steadily laying a solid foundation for sustainable growth.

He noted that the administration’s development-driven approach continues to inspire confidence, both within and outside the state, positioning Abia as a model for good governance and inclusive development in Nigeria.

The Abia Liaison Chief emphasized that government efforts alone are not enough, calling on Ndi Abia—both residents and those in the diaspora—to remain actively engaged and supportive of the policies and programmes of the present administration.

According to him, constructive engagement, cooperation, and collective ownership of the New Abia vision are critical to translating policies into lasting impact across communities.

Expressing optimism for the months ahead, Chinasa said the New Year holds promise for expanded opportunities for youths, improved welfare for citizens, enhanced security, and accelerated socio-economic transformation across Abia State.

He stressed that with unity of purpose and faith in collective strength, Abia State will continue its steady rise and secure its rightful place as a beacon of development and responsible leadership in Nigeria.

The goodwill message concluded with prayers for a happy, progressive, and prosperous New Year for Ndi Abia, while invoking divine blessings upon Abia State and the Federal Republic of Nigeria.
