The Member representing Isuikwuato/Umunneochi Federal Constituency, Hon. Amobi Godwin Ogah, has extended his warmest birthday wishes to Retired Navy Captain Chris Osondu, a former Military Governor of Cross River State and an esteemed elder statesman from Eluama in Isuikwuato Local Government Area, Abia State.
In his heartfelt message, Hon. Ogah described Navy Captain (Rtd) Osondu as a beacon of leadership, discipline, and national service, whose contributions to Nigeria’s security and governance remain deeply respected. He praised the former governor for his exemplary service in the Nigerian Navy and his impactful leadership during his tenure as the Military Governor of Cross River State.
