PLWDs Hails Abia Speaker Over Passage Of Disabled Persons Bill | WATCH VIDEO

Persons Living With Disabilities (PLWDs) have extolled the speaker of the Abia State House of Assembly, Right Honourable Chinedum Enyinnaya Orji over the passage of persons with disability bill into law.

All Facts Newspaper had reported that the 7th Abia Assembly on Wednesday, August 31 passed all the pages of the bill sponsored by Honourable Paul Taribo, member representing Ukwa East, into law and tagged it “Abia State Commission for Disabled Persons Law”. READ HERE

An excited PLWDs sighting the Speaker on Thursday, September 1, at the Umuahia Township Stadium during a novelty match to create awareness on Permanent Voters Cards (PVCs), expressed gratitude for the passage of the bill which would ensure inclusiveness in governance to disabled persons.
