The Abia State Liaison Office, National Assembly, has joined millions of well-wishers across Nigeria and beyond to celebrate the Governor of Abia State, Dr. Alex Chioma Otti, OFR, on the occasion of his 60th birthday, lauding his exceptional leadership and dedication to transforming the state.
