Ohafia, Nigeria – July 25, 2024- The Okwun Ojah Family Foundation is set to inaugurate a five million Naira (N5M) education scholarship award programme aimed at supporting students of Ohafia origin who are currently studying medicine and surgery in recognized Nigerian universities. The foundation’s management extends a special invitation to the public to attend this significant event.
The inauguration ceremony will take place on Thursday, July 25, 2024, at the Elu Town Hall, near Elu Ohafia Motor Park, commencing at 11:30 am.
This scholarship programme is an initiative by Barr. Dr. Okwun Ojah (Ogbankpu of Ohafia), an Australian-based professional and the president and founder of the foundation. The scholarship is designed to encourage, support, and empower the next generation of medical professionals, aligning with the foundation’s mission to promote access to quality education and improved healthcare.
