The leader of “For Us By Us” organization Ugwumba Chika Ishionwu, has resigned his membership of Labour Party from his Ward in Oboro Ward 2, Ikwuano Local Government Area of Abia State.
In a resignation letter sighted by ALL FACTS NEWSPAPER, dated 9th June 2024 and signed by Ishionwu, he stated that he decided to resign because he has not been adequately included or considered by the leadership of the party from the LGA to his ward despite consistently stating his concern.
He went further to reveal that the current leadership setup of Ikwuano Labour Party (LP), does not align with the principles of the “For Us By Us” organization which is crucial for the development and unity of Ikwuano people.
Ishionwu who is a prominent youth leader in Ikwuano Local Government, has been a rallying point for Youths in the LGA and has also been involved numerous philanthropic works and service to humanity. SEE RESIGNATION LETTER BELOW:
