Supreme Court Upholds Election Victory Of Akwa Ibom Gov, Umo Eno | READ DETAILS
The Supreme Court has upheld the election victory of governor Umo Eno of Akwa Ibom state.
The apex court while giving ruling on Thursday, dismissed the appeal filed before it by All Progressives Congress (APC), Young Progressives Party (YPP) and the Action Alliance (AC) against Eno of the PDP.
The Supreme Court in a judgement delivered by a member of the court’s panel, Uwani Abba-Aji, dismissed all petition filed by the petitioners including alleged certificate forgery for lacking merit.
