Court Nullifies Judgement Sacking Nasarawa Gov, Abdullahi Sule | READ DETAILS
A court of appeal sitting in Abuja, has nullified a tribunal’s judgement sacking Abdullahi Sule as governor or Nasarawa state.
Ruling on Thursday, a three-member panel of the Court of Appeal reversed the tribunal’s judgement, noting that the Nasarawa State Election Petition Tribunal erred in it’s judgement that Sule failed to win majority of votes cast at the last governorship election.
The appeal court, thereafter affirmed Sule as the legitimate winner of the election.
