In the video attached below, prominent Yoruba leader and Afenifere leader Pa Ayo Adebanjo stated that Nigeria does not have a President Elect.
Recall, that the Independent National Electoral Commission (INEC) has declared the All Progressives Congress (APC) presidential candidate Bola Ahmed Tinubu, as the winner of the presidential election. The result at the moment is being challenged by the leading presidential candidates of the Peoples Democratic Party (PDP) Alhaji Atiku Abubakar and the Labour Party candidate Mr. Peter Obi.
In this video, Pa Adebanjo described the presidential election as sham, claiming that INEC jettisoned the electoral act.
“I can assure you there is no President-elect, what we have is a sham that will be pulled in due course. INEC jettisoned constitutional methodology and must explain to Nigerians why” .
